We have many years' experience of owning a variety of pets
as well as looking after the animals, birds, reptiles and fish for
sale in our Shops.
If you want to contact us with a question or information about your
pet's feeding requirements or behaviour or anything else, please

We will answer every e-mail we receive even if we can't give you a
full answer, but note that we cannot diagnose your pet's health problems
or give any advice that should properly be given by a qualified Veterinary
Surgeon.
